We are a licensed independent insurance agency providing life insurance, health insurance, and related products. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our site, submit a form, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text. By using our site or submitting your information, you agree to this policy.

You give us your name, email, phone, date of birth, ZIP code, household size, income range, and coverage needs when you fill out a form or talk to us. We collect automatically your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and cookie identifiers when you visit the site. We may receive information from Meta (if you interact with our ads), lead partners, and people who refer you.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone for their own marketing.
Your consent. By submitting your phone number through any form on prosprinsurance.com, you expressly consent in writing to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from Prospr Insurance Solutions LLC and its licensed agents at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic dialing system or prerecorded voice, to market insurance products and services. This consent is not a condition of buying anything.
One-to-one consent (FCC 2025 rule). Your consent applies only to Prospr Insurance Solutions LLC. It does not pass to any other company, brand, or affiliate unless you separately agree.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text, email [email protected] with "OPT OUT" in the subject, or call (877) 318-2816. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days. You may get one final confirmation message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Do Not Call. We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and will not place unsolicited telemarketing calls to a registered number unless you have given us express prior written consent. We keep timestamped consent records for at least five years.
When you give us your email, we may send quotes, renewal reminders, educational content, and promotions. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime. Emails about your own policy or coverage may continue regardless of marketing opt-out.
Our site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect your IP address, browser information, and on-site behavior. Under the Florida Information Protection Act and applicable law, you can access the information we hold, request correction or deletion (subject to legal retention), opt out of marketing, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No internet transmission is 100% secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) within 30 days of discovery. We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and meet insurance, tax, and legal requirements (typically 5 to 7 years), then securely delete or anonymize it. Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Prospr Insurance Solutions LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency appointed by multiple carriers. We may receive commissions from carriers whose products we sell, and agents may earn additional compensation based on sales volume, which does not change the price you pay. We do not guarantee specific rates, coverage, or eligibility; all products are subject to carrier underwriting and state rules, and availability varies by location.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we make material changes, we update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
